Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags attached.
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Your item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Exclusions

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@nayanalu.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Carefully package your item and include the RMA number on the exterior of the package.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received, inspected, and confirmed to meet the return eligibility criteria. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging an item unless the return is due to an error on our part.
